Villa Abejas sits on an extraordinary beach in an area of exceptional natural beauty in Villas Del MarPalmilla, Los Cabos Cabo, Mexico. The area is adjacent to The One and Only Hotel which is the crown jewel of the complex.
This villa was designed to feel cooling and luxurious and features White porcelain floors and an abundance of Rosa Morad wood an indigenous Mexican wood prized for its dense satin finish and exquisite vein markings. We designed a new open plan including a new kitchen, opening 3 previously hidden windows and placed locally sourced colored, handmade glass panels in the windows.
All doors in the house are Rosa Morada wood planks with custom portholes that evoke a nautical feel. The middle bedroom has been made into a cool wood shutter encased cabana room complete with wood beams and wood ceiling. Bedrooms with upholstered walls add to the luxury and bathroom walls of Bisazza Italian glass mosaics line walls. Covered patio and Poolside include lounge furnishings, dining area and built in teak BBQ. whilst the Baja ledge is a popular place to lounge partially submerged in the pool.
